Silver Joe's Adventure Journal

Not bad for me, I have been back in the States for less than a day and I managed to get a few pics up of the most incredible adventure.

Words are tough to come up with as the entire experience was awesome, dangerous and absolutely completely exhausting.  Two months of being on your toes and not dying from ice fall, bad gear, or just plain altitude.

Live the adventure......?  How about getting after it and making sure there is nothing left inside of you?

More photos to come once I figure out how to rotate them and slip them in.

Summit day could not have been any better, clear skies and perfect wind.  Rock and ice climbing and falling.

Plug into the jet fuel called oxygen and away you go!

So the lid does not fit any more and the bottom comes off and the handle is shaky, the mug still holds coffee and drinks fine.

This mug has made the adventure of so many peaks.

That Yak in Tibet saw that mug and took one good step and hit a "Yak's eye."  I use yak in place of a Bull's eye because that is what he is.

A YAK!

I returned only one day ago.  The expedition was so good, I just cannot wait to tell everyone about it.

The Vinson Massif is the tallest moutain in Antarctica.  The main reason climber go there as it is one of the seven summits.  To climb the peak is one thing, to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of Antarctica is something that words cannot describe and prove that dreams are well within reality.

The team enjoyed the coffee to a man, thanks Pat and Silver Joe's!!!!   You may hear from them, honestly, Ihave never been with a group of coffee drinkers like these.  Well done men!

Enjoy the trip through my camera.

We climbed via the Umbwe route.  A trip that is beyond imagination.  Don't let me forget to put the safari photos on.

International Mountain Guides had an incredible season on Mount Rainier with a success rate of well over 85%.

Good Stuff!  I had a blast on every trip, Spending over 80 total days just on Mount Rainier.

You ski guys need to get over there and check it out.  There are some sick runs that will make your legs SCREEM for a little caffeine boost.

Perhaps the boys in the suits should join us.

What do you say Silver Joe's?

I think it is time to get out there and Fire up the Shoe Saw!!!

Have you ever tried a drop of Fire Water in a refreshing cup of "Joe."
