The cafe opened this past Thursday and it's been a great first week-end!  We appreciate everyone's support and positive feedback.  For those who haven't made it by yet, here are some pictures from opening day:

The Silver Joe's Cafe opened today in Rogers at the Pinnacle Hills exit in front of the Embassy Suites.  All proceeds from today's opening are being donated to the United Way.  We'll be posting an entry shortly with photo's and more details.  In the meantime, follow us on Twitter @SilverJoes to keep up with all of the excitement!

Yesterday, the Team Leaders met to set-up the back room, train on the computer system and and train on the Astoria Gloria espresso machine. That last one made everyone a bit giddy! Gloria (as we call her, naturally) is a two group, lever operated espresso machine. We can pull shots old school style, if that is how you roll!

Today we are training the new Baristas and testing drinks. Should be a fun packed (and delicious) day!
